Welcome to the FAQ section of our electric scooter rental service. Here we summarized all important details and questions you could have before, during and after the rental process.
Do you really deliver scooters for free?
Yes! We provide FREE door-to-door delivery for every Electric Scooter Zadar rental within the city and surrounding areas like Bibinje, Sukošan, and Zemunik. We bring the adventure directly to your hotel, apartment, or ferry port.
How do I pay?
We keep it simple. You can pay in cash or by card upon delivery. A refundable 50€ security deposit per scooter is required at the start of your rental to ensure peace of mind for both parties.”
How long is a one-day rental?
A one-day rental is same-day use, from delivery until 20:30–21:00 (9 PM).
E-scooters must be returned by 21:00 at the latest or picked up by 20:30 at the latest.
Overnight rentals are not included in the one-day price.
If you need the e-scooter until the next morning, this counts as an additional rental day and must be agreed in advance.
Is there an age limit for riding?
Safety is our top priority. According to Croatian law, riders must be at least 14 years old to operate an e-scooter. Please note that only one person is allowed per scooter at all times.
Do you provide chargers and extra gear?
Every rental comes fully equipped with a helmet, a security lock, and a phone holder. For multi-day rentals, we also provide a portable charger at no extra cost.
Do you have a minimum for delivery?
Yes, due to the nature of our business, we have minimum reservation amounts for delivery:
- Zadar: Minimum €60 reservation
- Sukošan & Debeljak: Minimum €50 reservation
- Bibinje: Minimum €30 reservation
What if my order is smaller? You are always welcome to pick up your e-scooter directly from our Bibinje location (no minimums!) at Put Mira 18. Alternatively, message us – if we are already delivering to your area, we may be able to squeeze you in.
What happens if I damage the scooter?
We understand that minor wear and tear can happen during an adventure. For any significant damage to the scooter, we utilize the refundable 50€ security deposit collected at the start of your rental. If you encounter any issues or accidental damage during your trip, please contact our WhatsApp support immediately so we can assist you and, if necessary, provide a replacement scooter to keep your holiday moving.
What happens if I get a flat tire?
We use premium tires with anti-puncture jelly to ensure your ride is smooth. For your peace of mind, we provide free roadside swaps for any tire issues occurring on paved roads. Because these tires are designed for city use, flat tires caused by riding on off-road terrain (like rocky beaches or gravel paths) are subject to a 25€ repair fee deducted from the deposit to help cover the 50% of the cost of the replacement tire.
Where do you deliver?
We offer Free Door-to-Door Delivery across the entire Zadar area. We also proudly serve our neighboring communities, including Bibinje, Sukošan, Debeljak, and Zemunik.
What happens if I have any question or a problem during rental period?
We got you covered there. We are well known for great customer support, and we are doing whatever we can to help you and make your vacation less stressful. Each customer will receive a direct mobile phone number you can use anytime to contact us directly or via WhatsApp or Viber.
Is it possible to rent a scooters for few hours?
To ensure you have the best experience exploring Zadar without rushing, our minimum rental period is 1 day. Because we provide personalized door-to-door delivery and pick-up, a full-day rental offers you the best value and total flexibility. While you are welcome to return the scooter earlier, the daily rate remains the same.
