Welcome to the FAQ section of our electric scooter rental service. Here we summarized all important details and questions you could have before, during and after the rental process. We hope this section will help you and make the whole experience or renting and riding electrical scooter even better.

Do you really deliver scooters for free?

Yes, we really do! We will deliver scooters to you at any address, anywhere in the city of Zadar, Sukošan, Bibinje or even at Ferry port Gaženica for free. We will pick them up as well. It is possible to deliver the scooters outside of Zadar as well but then the small delivery fee would be applied. Everything will be discussed BEFORE you rent the bikes.

1 day rent is 12 hours or 24 hours?

It is for 12 hours. In order to secure high quality and to charge our scooters during the night your 1-day rent will start from morning (flexible hours) until evening (also flexible hours). So one day is usually 12 hours. So, for example, if you rent scooter from 3 days starting Monday morning we will pick it up Wednsday evening.  

How will I charge the scooters?

If you are renting scooters for only 1 day then we will pick it up in the evening and charge it during the night. If you are renting a scooter for more than 1 day then you will get a charger together with the scooter. Average charging time from 0 to 100% is 8-9 hours.

Do you provide any additional equippment or maps?

Yes, we do. We have helmets for you, phone holders and padlocks to secure your scooter. Also, we will gladly share with you our tour advice and interesting and less known things you should visit inside and around the city. 

What happens if I have any question or a problem during rental period?

We got you covered there. We are well known for great customer support and we are doing whatever we can to help you and make your vacation less stressful. Each customer will get a direct mobile phone number which you can use anytime and contact us directly or via WhatsApp, Viber. 

Where is your delivery zone?

We deliver almost anywhere in the Zadar area. Beside all locations in the city of Zadar, we can deliver to Bibinje, Sukošan, Kožino, Debeljak… sometimes (for bigger groups or longer renting period) we deliver even to Zaton or Nin. Delivery to Ferry ports or even at the airport is not a problem for us at all. 

What is the best way to rent a scooter?

We deliver almost anywhere in the Zadar area. Is it possible to rent a scooters for few hours?

We mostly don’t rent scooters hourly or for half a day. Sometimes it is possible to arrange half-day renting (if scooters are available) but you still need to pay for the whole day.

How do I pay?

We can accept only cash, total amount is paid upon scooter delivery. If you are reserving on-line in advance (more than a few days)  and want to secure your reservation 30% deposit should be paid to our bank acc. You will pay the rest of the money in cash upon delivery. 

How far I can go on this electric scooter?

Very far. This is an upgraded generation of electric scooters with a stated travel distance of 45 km. Keep in mind this distance is measured on ECO mode, flat terrain and with 70kg driver and no wind. According to our own experience in real life, you can calculate on 30-35km for sure, which is more than enough for crossing every street in Zadar and around. 

What happens if I damage the scooter?

If the scooter is damaged you are using deposit we are taking with every rent (50€ per scooter). 

Any additional fee?

We are taking a damage deposit of 50€ per scooter for every rent. If you caused the damage on the scooter fee will be charged. If we need to come to you or pick up the scooter outside of our delivery zone then additional transfer fee of min. 10€ will be applied. 

Can I rent a scooter for my child?

We are very focused on safety and we refuse to rent a scooter to anyone younger than 14 years old. We know it is not entirely possible to control that so we appeal to parents to be responsible.
